✦ PAYMENTS

Payment is upfront. Work begins once payment is received.No refunds via PayPal due to fees & exchange rates — I'd lose money refunding.PIX refunds may be discussed.

✦ REVISIONS

Limited to 3 major changes during sketch and lining phases.After the 3 or final delivery: $2 per change, unless the mistake was mine.You can edit the finished piece (e.g., character redesigns), just give me a heads-up — I may be able to help!

✦ DEADLINES & DELIVERY

Turnaround time: 1 week to 2 months, depending on complexity & queue.Any delays will be communicated in advance.

✦ USAGE

Personal use only — personal prints, pins, stickers = OK, just don’t sell my artwork.You can use purchased character designs for merch — as long as your own art is used.Please tag me (@puppyv0m1t) when posting on social media.Strictly no NFT/AI use — doing so gets you blacklisted.Finished work may be used in my portfolio/socials — let me know if you’d like to stay anonymous.

✦ COMMUNICATION

I’ll provide regular work-in-progress updates.Be honest with your feedback — it helps avoid miscommunication.You're welcome to ask for updates, but please limit to 2x per week if possible.
